NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL ANTHEM
E Ihowā Atua,
O ngā iwi mātou rā
Āta whakarongona;
Me aroha noa
Kia hua ko te pai;
Kia tau tō atawhai;
Manaakitia mai
Aotearoa

God of Nations at Thy feet,
In the bonds of love we meet,
Hear our voices, we entreat,
God defend our free land.
Guard Pacific's triple star
From the shafts of strife and war,
Make her praises heard afar,
God defend New Zealand.

The Haka
Tha Haka... more commonly known as "Ka Mate Ka Mate" to non- uncool(LoL) New Zealander's. The Haka is traditionally a Māori war Dance, but is now tradition for the All Blacks to perform a Haka before each and every match.
The Te Rauparaha (Ka Mate) haka generally opens with a set of five preparatory instructions shouted by the leader, before the whole team joins in:
English Translation
Māori
Ringa pakia!
Uma tiraha!
Turi whatia!
Hope whai ake!
Waewae takahia kia kino!

Ka mate, ka mate

Ka ora, ka ora

Ka mate, ka mate

Tēnei te tangata pūhuruhuru
Nāna nei i tiki mai whakawhiti te rā
Ā upane, ka upane
Ā upane, ka upane
Whiti te rā, hīe!
Slap the hands against the thighs!
Puff out the chest!
Bend the knees!
Let the hip follow!

’Tis death, ‘tis death

’Tis death, ‘tis death

’Tis life, ‘tis life

There is the man so hairy…
who brought the sun and caused it to shine
A step, another step
A step, another step
The sun shines!

Let me become one with the land
This is our land that rumbles
And it's my time! It's my moment!
This defines us as the All Blacks
It's my time! It's my moment!
Our dominance
Our supremacy will triumph
And will be placed on high
